When cell phones / mobile phones were introduced to the world, as phenomenal. Quickly became a toy to play with the rich, because it is very expensive, thus inaccessible to the average / poor in the community. As the years passed, it will be cheaper, until finally all the people, in developed and developing countries, least able to afford one.
